NEWS: RUNNER UP... TO LEGOLAND!
Crown Lane was nominated at the National Blue Badge Access Awards.for the "Access Champion" 2023/24.
In our category were 5 other businesses across the UK all modelling excellence in accessibility across their businesses. The winner was Legoland - not an unexpected win!
We received a special mention for our crowd-funded ceiling track hoist in our accessible toilet.
We'll celebrate with Legoland's win - on a small scale, using our visually impaired braille labelled lego model of Crown Lane here in the office! Built to enable visually impaired studio users to properly plan their sessions here, and ensure they're making the full use of the space.

Whatever barriers you face in the sound industry or in learning, we are doing all we can to ensure we're barrier-free.
Whether that's though our newly installed ceiling track-hoist in the accessible toilet; our universally accessible studio; audio-described courses or the regular training our team receives in BSL, first-aid and neuro-divergent conditions - we are always removing barriers.

GETTING HERE
MORDEN UNDERGROUND - step-free station - exit (only one exit) and turn right. 4 min journey - if you cross a road, you've gone too far! Enter through Metronome Coffee during opening hours - the studio door is at the back left.
There are multiple bus stops either outside Metronome or Morden Underground.
OUT OF HOURS: Continue past Metronome, and turn multiple right turns until you're behind the building. Enter the small car park through large green gates. You'll have the access code for the day - or press the bell. During the day, this is also the vehicle entrance
