If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please cancel it by logging into your account, clicking on the booking, and select delete. Please also ping us an email – so we can make sure it is removed and the funds are replaced into your account promptly. Many thanks.
Any items you purchase will be available for you to collect at the studio next time you visit – just ping us an email on the day you would like to pick them up so we know when you want them. Unfortunately, we do not as yet offer a delivery service.
